There's no doubt,

the company you keep will determine your level of success.

And yesterday was such a powerful reminder.

I had the privilege of moderating a panel on Redefining Ambition at 360West - Women's Leadership Symposium in Fort Worth.

I'm beyond grateful to my incredible panelists, Cass Cooper, MHR and Kristin Carver Smith.

You both were phenomenal:
✅ Cass, your perspective on how ambition shifts through different stages of life hit home for so many of us.

✅ Kristin, your take on how ambition thrives when supported by community was truly outstanding.

Hearing from the other speakers and listening to their journeys was beyond inspiring. Every story these incredible women shared was a reminder that ambition isn't just about personal success—it's about growth, learning, and lifting others up along the way.

Remember, your story matters, and it's a vital part of this conversation.

Redefining ambition means breaking away from outdated ideas of success and creating a path that's true to who we are.

It's about joy and empowerment, knowing we have the potential to accomplish any goal, especially when we are in community, there's nothing we can't achieve.

With tears welling up in my eyes, I said,

"I'm not sure I can do this."

I remember the first time I said this to my husband.

It was about two years after leaving corporate when I started my digital marketing agency, the weight of it all hit me hard coupled with the creeping doubt that maybe I wasn't cut out for this.

If you're an entrepreneur, I know you feel me.

He looked me in the eye and said,

"You've got this. And I've got you."

That unwavering belief in me made all the difference,
not only in that moment, but in my overall success.

But here's what I've realized over the years:

Not everyone has that kind of support at home.

What happens when you don't have a partner to lean on?
Who do you turn to when the self-doubt kicks in?

That's when community becomes everything.

Having a network of like-minded, driven women is just as important as having a supportive partner.

When you're surrounded by people who get what you're going through, who've walked the same path, it can be the game-changer you need to keep pushing forward.

I've seen firsthand how a tight-knit community can step in as your sounding board, cheerleader, and safety net.

When you're ambitious and aiming for big goals, having people around you who are just as determined matters

Community isn't just a bonus—it's a necessity.

If you've ever leaned on a group of women who truly understand the highs and lows of chasing big dreams, you know how powerful that bond can be.
