2️⃣ Once your report is reviewed, payment will be processed through the direct deposit account associated with your shopper profile.
3️⃣ Payments are processed approximately 4–6 weeks after the End Date listed on your Pay Statement/ Invoice.

Do you have our app yet?

ShopMetrics Mobile allows you to access assignment information in an easy-to-use interface built for your Apple or Android device. This includes accessing assignment guidelines and providing the ability to begin to complete the shop form during or immediately after the experience.

ShopMetrics Mobile is the online/offline that is the alternative to Gigspot. This mobile app can be downloaded in the app store for Apple/iOS and Android devices.

When you download the app, it will ask you for the server URL. Place this URL in the provided box:

From there, you can access your Sentry shopper account like normal!

2️⃣ Familiarity with Staff: If you know the staff personally, it’s best to pass on the assignment.

3️⃣ Uncomfortable Situations: If you think the staff might recognize you from a previous visit or you dislike what the location has to offer, it’s okay to decline.

4️⃣ Conflicting Assignments: Make sure you’re not overcommitting or double-booking yourself.
