FULL-TIME and PART-TIME, Inside sales opportunity to work for a Frisco based, Dallas Morning News 2016 & 2017 top place to work in DFW!
OnTarget Partners, a member of the Top 100 Places to Work in DFW by the Dallas Morning News for 2016 & 2017, is seeking highly self-motivated, energetic, and experienced inside sales / marketing representatives to develop qualified opportunities, via outbound calls, tactical email campaigns, and other marketing efforts, for its business-to-business client partners. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in inside sales with heavy outbound calling and marketing, with the ability to successfully generate sales ready leads and assist in the follow-up sales cycle to ensure complete client satisfaction. We work with some of the best brands in the world, like Conifer, FICO, Denso, Mercy, Infosys, and Google.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture current leads, while occasionally creating leads that result in meetings, and opportunities for OnTarget's customers through calling and prospecting a client-targeted database and effectively transitioning them into strong sales opportunities for the client business development executive
Understand and effectively communicate the client’s value proposition and targeted message
Build strong, professional relationships with the client sales executive and consistently communicate with them regarding strategic objectives
Utilize a customer relationship database application (CRM) to accurately notate daily activity
Professionally engage in email communication with targeted contacts on behalf of client
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will live within a 25-mile radius of corporate office in Frisco, TX
Ideal candidate will be comfortable with variable compensation plan with no cap!
3+ years inside sales experience, preferably business-to-business targeted accounts
Experience initiating a minimum of 60 - 200 outbound calls per day
Consistently maintain a quota of developing 3 or more opportunities/meetings per week
Proven proactive, self-starter with the capability to take ownership and work effectively within assigned campaign with limited amount of management supervision
Strong relationship building skills utilized while working with OnTarget's top-notch customers on a daily basis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to conduct research as needed in order to navigate a campaign
Proficient in utilizing a customer relationship database management (CRM) application is a must
