Looking for grammar mistakes used to be solid advice for catching scam emails.
Not anymore. AI writes better than most humans now and scammers know it.
They are faking domains, sending urgent renewal notices with 48-hour deadlines, and impersonating vendors you actually work with. The email looks completely real. The only thing off is the sender address.
➡️ Check the full email address every time. Question any urgency you were not expecting. And when something feels off, call using a number you already have on file, not one from the email itself.
Sharing this because we see it happen to good businesses all the time. A little awareness goes a long way.
