Leave-in conditioner is a non-negotiable for me. I have used one every time I wash my hair since I was a teenager and have at least ten brands in my cabinet right now. This was suggested to me and it is now my go to product. I added it to my subscribe and save list.

I hate cleaning my makeup brushes! I have brush bars, shampoo’s etc. Everything works with enough effort. Someone recommenes this product and it is amazing!! I put a little in a cup and swish my brush around. It removes all of the gunk. Then I use a drop of brush shampoo directly on my brush and rinse. This saves so much time and actually gets the makeup out of my brushes. Link below:

Need sleep? I am in the constant battle to sleep past 3:00 a.m. I have tried many combinations or products in addition to hormone replacements. Somebody on TikTok suggested adding Tart Cherry and coconut water with my magnesium supplement before bed. I have no idea why this works but I am sleeping all night. I do also take progesterone prescribed by my doctor (I am in menopause). This combination is working for me.

I discovered this brand when researching the Victoria Beckham foundation. Someone touted this as being a “dupe”. I don’t know if it is or isn’t as I have not purchased the $110 foundation. I have a stack of loose powders from high end to drugstore. This is the one I reach for daily over expensive brands like Patrick Ta, Huda, Kosas and One Size. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on powders trying to find something that won’t enhance texture or wrinkles. While I do not believe there is a powder that won’t enhance the line under my eyes this one does a job on the rest of my face and it is a fraction of the cost.

This is embarrassing but I hope it helps someone. We have these weird little moths that fly into the house randomly. Once they get into your home they can breed anywhere. They make little cocoons in corners or under a lid. The love cardboard boxes! I had to throw away everything in my pantry and purchase plastic, airtight containers because th were getting into our food. These traps are amazing and catch the little demons. It is the only thing I have found that works. They seem simple but I would not have won the great moth war of 2025 without them! Link below:

There are SO MANY milky toners on the market and I have purchased a ridiculous amount of them. This one is my favorite. I have a foundation I love but it is a little thicker than I prefer. I add a drop of this into it and mix it on the back of my hand before applying. It’s fantastic! Link below:

At 55 and on hormone treatments, I still get the random pimple. This week it showed up right on my cheek. Sometimes it’s my nose. I haven’t dealt with this since my teens and 20s, so it always catches me off guard.

Someone on TikTok suggested this thick sulfur cream. I’ll be honest, it feels completely backwards to glob something heavy on a breakout. My brain says, this is going to make it worse. But by the next day it’s either gone or almost gone. Two nights in a row and whatever was trying to surface is basically done.

I don’t understand the science behind sulfur. I just know it works for me.

Daily vitamin C in your morning routine is a must! I have used drug store to high end for years. The problem is some brands cause my foundation to separate. This is the first brand I have found that completely absorbs into my skin without impacting the rest of my makeup.
