Every time I am struggling to write a caption, make a post or video, I take a step back and wonder why — normally it’s because I’m so focused on “marketing” and need to revisit my personal brand blueprint!

As a realtor, you are more than just your brokerage. No one at your brokerage sells exactly the same way you do. No one speaks the same way you do. No one provides the exact same value that you do. No one has the same personality that you do. So why market just like everyone else??

📬 Postcards --> Retro and outdated or modern and effective? 🧐

In my opinion it can be either depending on your strategy, design, and call to action!

#1: Strategy -- When you create a mailer, keep a few things top of mind: Who is this for? What is my goal with this mailer? Do I have a plan in place to capture possible leads? What information would the prospect consume from this mailer? How do I plan to touch base with these prospects? Blindly sending postcards without a strategy in place is a sure way to lose some 💰

#2: Design -- Ask yourself, does this design grab my attention? Is the message you are looking to convey the focal point? Are the fonts/text easy to read? You want a design that captures their attention enough so it doesn't go straight in the 🗑

#3: Clear call to action -- Yes you should definitely have all your contact information on the mailer however, simply giving you a call is probably not enough for most people. Give them a call to action that they get something out of!
