As we celebrate Independence Day, the Rad Wear team will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.

This year’s celebration is especially meaningful as we continue to honor America 250, a milestone that recognizes 250 years of our nation’s history, resilience, and freedom.

As we gather with family and friends, we are reminded that the freedoms we enjoy every day were made possible through the sacrifices of countless men and women who came before us. It’s a privilege we should never take for granted.

Last Friday, the Rad Wear team had a great time at the 2026 Old School Kingfish Shootout Captains Meeting in St. Augustine! 🎣

We loved getting the chance to meet so many anglers, talk with participants before tournament day, and hand out some fresh Rad Wear swag.

Over the next few months, the Rad Wear team is excited to be growing together through a leadership series led by Esther, one of Radley’s former mentees!

Through team-building activities, workshops, and meaningful conversations, we’re focusing on strengthening every part of our team from communication and collaboration to leadership, mindset, and personal growth.
