Today’s program featured an outstanding presentation from Amelia Bell, APR, CPRC: "From Uncertainty to Alignment: Keeping Employees Grounded When Everything is Changing."
Amelia shared valuable insights from her experience navigating mergers and acquisitions, highlighting how strategic internal communications can reduce uncertainty, strengthen trust, and keep teams aligned through periods of change. Attendees learned how to build a clear narrative, equip leaders and managers with effective communication tools, and maintain consistency from Day 1 through integration.
As communications manager at Evergen, Amelia leads corporate communications strategies that support employee experience, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational transformation. A long-time FPRA member, she is a Past-President of the Gainesville Chapter, LeadershipFPRA alumna, and recipient of FPRA’s Doris Fleischman Award.
