Good morning. Coffee cheers shiké!☕️
It has been exactly two weeks (9/15) since my daughters and I found ourselves in the ER being assessed for injuries following a head-on collision and rollover after a cross country meet. While the memory of that day is still heavy, I am so incredibly grateful to share how far we have come in such a short time.
My girls Nat and Kam are officially fully back to their usual school and sports routines. Watching them jump right back into life has been a beautiful reminder of how incredibly resilient children are. They make my coffee and make sure I am comfortable daily and taking it easy. They are a blessing!❤️🩹
I’ve been able to get back to tending to our livestock in TséNiteel. It feels good to be outside doing the daily feeding and watering again, even if I'm moving a little slower, it’ll get better. Being a stay at home, self employed, full time dad, I am still obligated to prepare hot meals for our family. It has been enjoyable and comforting nevertheless.
Despite the major challenge of being completely without a vehicle right now, we managed to complete two photo sessions this week! It was definitely a physical challenge, but I refused to let down our loyal clients and athletes, and it was great being back out there with our people who continue to believe in us.
We are still navigating the hurdles of recovery and logistics, but your kindness and prayers is what keeps us moving forward. Thank you all so much for your continued support, your messages, and for sharing or donating to our GoFundMe. We could not do this without our community🙏 ‘Áhé’hee.
