Well after some recon in Foley Alabama I wanted to get some feed back on some locations I found. These three spots have potential. I feel the Ruby Tuesday's location feeding off Walmart, and two other shopping centers as well as the outlet mall with a 3 to 5 million customer car traffic over a 12 month period of time, and 41k daily cars going by it has some clout toward it's 11k rent. But at around $35 a square foot the traffic may compensate accordingly.

I'm beginning the exploration of opening a brick and mortar restaurant in the area, I know you already have 2 premium coffee shops with Starbucks and Panera Bread. But what I plan to bring to the public if financing is able to allow it is unique, destination worthy and inviting. First location we're targeting is Gardendale, second may be Montevallo or Foley depending on our projected timeline.

For my current customers of my IT side of the business, this does not change our relationship or the services. This just means I'm expanding to employ people to run the restaurants as well as my oldest daughter Kaitlyn Koehler and soon to be husband will join me as business partners to help with on-site restaurant management and support. Allowing me to continue to build, maintain and employ on the IT side.
