T-SOURCE is Hiring!
We are a custom screen printing and embroidery shop looking for a full time Screen Printer to join our team.
Automatic press experience is preferred, but if you have several years of manual experience and think you're ready to make the leap, let's talk. This position will include pre and post press operations, coating, burning screens, mixing ink, screen registration, printing, cleaning and reclaiming screens. Troubleshooting, problem solving and switching gears on the fly are all important skills to have.
We print a wide range of work from simple plastisol spot color jobs to simulated process, waterbase and discharge printing.
We have a fairly relaxed work environment, but are also Very Busy. You will need good communication skills, a sense of humor and the ability to stand on your feet and sling shirts for 8 hours a day (with breaks of course). Working well with others in a team environment is a must.
Showing up on time for your shift is a must. This is a Full Time position, 40 hours a week M-F and includes Holidays off, Paid Time Off and sick days.
$16-$20 per hour based on experience

20 years ago we started a clothing brand called Bakwoods. Purely for fun and to be creative. We made skateboard and snowboard movies and screen printed hoodies and shirts in our garage. We also printed for a bunch of our friends and this ultimately lead to what T-Source is today. Things are a lot different now, but we've always had that urge to get the old fun stuff back out there.

Embroiderer

T-SOURCE is a custom screen printing and embroidery shop looking for a full time Embroiderer to join our team.

Commercial embroidery machine experience is preferred, but we will train a motivated person who has worked in the custom apparel industry. Digitizing experience is a plus but not required. A tolerance for working on your feet and around loud machines most of the day is necessary.

Mostly we embroider logos and custom designs directly onto hats, polo shirts and jackets. We also sew patches onto hats and jackets. We occasionally do Puff 3D designs and Applique. Sometimes you will be asked to help out in other departments around the shop including heat pressing and screen printing.

You should have a good eye for color, aesthetic and a very high attention to detail. Troubleshooting and problem solving issues on the fly are good skills to have.

We have a fairly relaxed work environment, but are also Very Busy. You will need good communication skills, a sense of humor and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.

T-SOURCE is a custom screen printing and embroidery shop looking for a full time Graphic Designer to join our team.

Applicants must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, have a high attention to detail and can handle a variety of different styles of design work. Knowledge of screen printing, color separations and t-shirt graphics is a plus.

Some projects will require creative artwork from scratch. Other projects will need to be adjusted from customer supplied artwork. Technical slicing, dicing and tweaking maybe needed as well.

We have a fairly relaxed work environment, but are also Very Busy. You will need good communication skills, a sense of humor, the ability to switch gears and do some occasional hands on work around the shop when needed.

This is a Full Time position, 40 hours a week M-F and includes Holidays off, Paid Time Off and sick days. Some remote work maybe possible.
$18-$22 per hour based on experience.
2 week Paid trial period
