Villager Business Solutions – home of The Weekly Villager, Villager Emporium and Villager Printing is now accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an organized, friendly and reliable person to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Position will be approximately 30 hours per week with duties to include, but not limited to: answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages and providing general information. Performing general office tasks such as filing, data entry, handling mail and packages and help coordinate office activities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to multi-task.
Experience with embroidery and screen printing a plus!
