Using SVWCโ€™s Villa neighborhood as an example, this interactive session will explore how resident demographics, ideal prospect profiles, and targeted multi-channel campaigns helped reduce vacancies and improve conversion metrics in just three months.

By applying SFCSโ€™s tiny home concepts and European-inspired design, along with Tandemโ€™s โ€œTiny Home, Massive Lifestyleโ€ campaign repositioning small studios as vibrant, desirable living, all five units leased quicklyโ€”helping push occupancy to 95%, a decades-long milestone.

What an incredible two days in Roanoke! We had the privilege of hosting 35 sales professionals from 10 communities for an immersive sales training seminar built around one powerful theme: Momentum: Confidence to Close.

Mike Wallace, Robin Heppler, and Will Kieffer led the group through general sessions, interactive breakouts, hands-on exercises, and plenty of shared meals and conversation along the way. Every participant walked away with a binder full of presentation materials and a stack of take-home resources they can put to work the moment they're back on their communities.

Huge thanks to the CSM Management team for bringing such energy, curiosity, and heart to these two days. Watching sales teams sharpen their skills, swap ideas across communities, and leave more confident than when they arrived is exactly why we do this work.
