No hate to business consultants, but it always seems funny to me that they help people get clients while they themselves are struggling to find clients.

You don’t have to keep doing everything in your business.
If you’re the only one who knows how things are done, you don’t need help—you need a system.
Once you build that, help becomes easy to train, delegate, and trust.
It’s not about doing less. It’s about doing only what you’re great at.

I used to try and clean things up mid-flight—fixing systems, processes, and pipelines while the business was still sprinting forward. But I’ve learned that patching broken systems doesn't create clarity. It just extends the confusion.

At some point, you have to pause. Step back.
Ask the hard questions.

What are we actually trying to do here?
Why are we using six tools to do what two could handle?
Why does everything depend on me?

These aren’t just technical questions.
They’re leadership ones.

This is what I help clients do:
Pull the tangled wires out of the wall, trace what’s really needed, and rebuild a system that fits how they actually work—not what some guru told them to do.

If growth feels hard, it might not be your strategy. It might be your structure.

Let’s talk about the systems under your success.
Because those matter more than most people admit.

Productivity Hack - If you're already using Zoom Meeting Summaries, here's the next upgrade; CUSTOM Meeting Templates! Did you know that you can customize what information comes to you based on what matters to you? I'm wondering if I should do a tutorial on how to automatically sync that information into any CRM. Would that be valuable to anyone? Does anyone else have any neat productivity hacks that they've been hiding from us?

SMB lesson 24 - Business growing pains are directly connected to the personal development of those who own the responsibility of managing the business. That’s stating the obvious. You know what isn’t obvious? The fact that the business idea is a living breathing thing separate from the people in it. Businesses are successes waiting for people to catch up.

Am I wrong? Be less pre-occupied with selling. Concern yourself with being proving you’re a trusted authority and honing your skills. People WILL eventually buy what they can trust.

How do you spend your time when you're not "making sales"?
