Melissa made the decision to get a college degree later in life, proving that it's never too late to chase your dreams, invest in yourself, and achieve your goals. Her dedication, hard work, and perseverance are truly inspiring.

Although Melissa is relatively new to our team, she already feels like the missing piece of the puzzle. She brings a wealth of experience from previously managing e-commerce operations and shipping departments, along with a level of organization and process improvement that has already made a tremendous impact on our business.

Melissa is helping us implement new systems, improve workflows, and bring structure to areas where we desperately needed it. Her knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made her an invaluable part of the JennyGems team.

So proud to have played a part in bringing this setup to life! 🐾 Shoutout to the amazing team at Tail Bangers Dog Treats — a local, women-owned business out of Millsboro, Delaware that is absolutely crushing it. Getting to create their trade show banners and signage for their upcoming event was such a pleasure. The owner’s passion for what she does pours into every single product, and when you see this booth in person, you’ll understand why.
