This always bears repeating but absolutely no shame. Scams are everywhere and very intelligent, tech savvy people can fall for them. What matters is getting viruses cleaned out properly and re-securing your accounts. Need a helpful and experienced computer nerd? Look no further. You found one. :)
Lets face it, scams are rampant out there these days and falling for one can be costly and damaging. Be suspicious of any email demanding urgent action and never let someone you don't know remotely access your computer, no matter what they claim to be fixing.
If you are in doubt the best thing you can do is walk away from the keyboard and call someone you trust. My goal is to be that person, whether for your home and family or business. Reach out any time, #843-436-0828 or [email protected]
