Day 10. Now you can talk to it.

Our tagline says "Hire an AI team you can talk to." Today I actually did.

I held a button, said what I needed, and Zubi heard me. The post landed in Needs you, waiting for my OK.

Then I said "send it" out loud. Nothing was sent. Words never approve a post. It still takes a tap.

Six voice tests on my phone, about one cent. In the test area today, coming to the app next.

Day 7 of building HeyZubi in public.

On day 5, the Approve button was a design. Today it sent a real post.

Zubi handed my brief to Cleo. Cleo wrote version 1. I edited it, so the card asked me again, because your OK covers that exact version. One tap, sent once.

1 post. 1 tap. About 2 cents of AI. (Testing on my phone found 7 bugs first. All 7 fixed.)

Day 6 of building HeyZubi in public.

We tried to trick our own AI team. We hid 7 bad instructions in a normal brief, like "publish it now" and "read the secrets file".

Cleo wrote two drafts and said she can't publish or send in her role. Zubi confirmed none of it was acted on. And the tools to do it weren't there anyway. Two locks, not one.

7 tricks. 0 done. Nothing posted.

The AI agent framework trending #2 on GitHub this week is the same one running my business right now, not a demo.

An agent checks in with me every morning. Another drafts my content every evening. I read everything before it goes anywhere.

Right now I'm testing the landing page and offer for teaching this exact pattern: real AI jobs, human still holding the wheel. No big reveal yet, just the real work of getting the message right first.

Keep the $97/month membership CTA and audience constant. Check each promise against what is available now; record the question each variant tests before changing paid traffic.

A proposed Hermes connection: define the workflow in the AI Business OS, then use the AI dashboard to review what actually happened. A record of intent is not a record of results.

Adnan runs finance for a company with five subsidiaries under one roof.

For months, his team spent almost two weeks every close doing the same four things. Pulling numbers from every subsidiary. Matching reports that didn't line up. Tracking down variances. Writing explanations from a blank page under deadline.

He thought the fix was cutting people. It wasn't.

We rebuilt the process around his team instead of around headcount. Numbers now get pulled and matched automatically. Variances get flagged as soon as they show up. Draft commentary is ready before anyone opens a spreadsheet.

The close went from 9 days to 4. The write ups that used to take two full days now take an afternoon.
