Labor Day started as a day to honor the people who actually build this country. Not the ones behind a desk giving orders. The ones on the roof, in the crawlspace, under the truck, first on scene when something goes wrong.

That's who we built Redux for. Restoration crews, plumbers, contractors, techs. People who don't clock out just because it's inconvenient, and don't leave a job half done.

Most of that work happens without an audience. Nobody claps when a crew shows up at 2am for a water loss. Nobody posts about the plumber who worked through lunch to get a family's water back on.

That's the whole problem we solve. You're the best in your market and almost nobody knows it. The shop across town does worse work and shows up better online.

Our job is to make sure the people who do the real work are the ones who get found for it.

To every owner, tech, and crew member out there, thank you. The trades built this country and they're still holding it together.

Seven years building this, and I'm still not at the finish line I pictured when I started.

Some days that's frustrating. Most days I remind myself the goal isn't to arrive, it's to keep moving. Further than yesterday is still progress, even when it doesn't feel like enough.
