Spent the last few days at the 2026 PILMMA Super Summit in San Antonio connecting with law firm owners, industry leaders, vendors, and several of our Forward Lawyer Marketing clients.

A few major themes stood out:

1. AI is rapidly changing how consumers find and choose law firms
2. Traditional SEO still matters, but AI visibility and entity-based search are becoming increasingly important
3. Google Business Profile optimization, reviews, structured content, YouTube, Reddit, and brand authority are all playing a larger role in discovery
4. Law firms that adapt early will likely gain market share over the next several years

One thing I appreciated most about the summit was hearing real-world discussions about what’s actually working right now for law firms, what’s no longer working, and where the industry is heading next.

It was also great seeing one of our client campaigns featured at the Bluphyre Media booth. While they produced the commercial, our team has been running the campaign across Meta platforms and it’s generated strong engagement and results for the client. Always great collaborating with talented partners in the legal marketing space.

The legal marketing landscape is changing fast, but the fundamentals still matter:
