We're Hiring! Join the Two Shy Brewing Team!
We’re currently looking for a Brewery Cellar Team Member to help us keep the beer flowing smoothly at our brewery in Roseburg!

Schedule: Monday–Friday. 20-40 Hours per week.
Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

As a cellarman, you’ll play a crucial role in the brewing process—assisting with cleaning, kegging, canning, transfers, inventory management, and more! This role has the potential to evolve to assisting with brewing, fermentation monitoring, tank cleaning and sanitation. You’ll be working closely with our brewing team to maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Requirements:
✅Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
✅Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
✅Ability to understand, remember, and execute detailed verbal directions.
✅Ability to lift 55 lbs. and work on your feet all day.
✅Work safely using required PPE when handling hot water (160℉+), caustic/acidic solutions, and equipment and machinery.
✅Brewery or cellar experience is preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

Awhile back I was talking to a business owner and we were on the subject of networking and the pros and cons. I said to them " One of the cons (for me) is that I'll always promote your business more than you will promote mine". They were taken aback by my statement and asked " how do you know this?". My response " that's my experiance".
