Hey, I’m Charlotte! Founder & CEO of Breezy Aviation ✈️

I’m also a wife, mom, and follower of Jesus.

When I’m not working on Breezy or in full mom mode, you’ll probably find me baking sourdough or trying to recreate one of my favorite restaurant meals at home. Very big foodie energy over here.

While falling in love with my husband, I was simultaneously falling in love with general aviation. Turns out, it’s pretty fun having your head in the clouds. ☁️✈️

My husband is a pilot, and through him I got a front-row seat to the aviation world. Along the way, we started noticing a problem: there are pilots looking for better access to aircraft and yet so many spend much of their time sitting on the ramp, or in a hangar.

We kept coming back to one question: Why isn’t there an easier way to connect the two?

That question eventually became Breezy.

We’re building a marketplace that connects aircraft owners with qualified pilots looking to fly, making aircraft access simpler while giving owners another way to keep their aircraft flying.

Building Breezy has meant learning an entirely new industry, meeting some incredible people, and tackling a problem much bigger than I initially realized.

And we’re just getting started. ✈️

One of the best parts about the aviation community is meeting the people who have helped move general aviation forward.

We had the opportunity to meet Rod Rakic, founder of OpenAirplane, and really appreciated how generous he was with his time, experience, and advice. As we continue building Breezy Aviation, conversations with people who understand the challenges of expanding aircraft access are incredibly valuable!
