The friendly and knowledgeable staff at The UPS Store in Gold River is here for YOU. Whether it be for shipping/returns, packaging, printing/copies or any of our other great services we will be here with a smile on under our mask 😷. We just ask that you wear a mask and practice social distancing while in the store. If you have a pre paid return package and don't want to come in the store, call us from the parking lot and we'll come out and grab it from you.

Our hours have changed over the past few months. We are open from 8:00 am-6:00 pm M-F, 9:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday & Closed Sunday.

We're here for You. Our staff is ready to serve you and we're back to full-time hours beginning Tuesday, May 26th. Please take note of our new hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday Closed.

We are here to take care of your needs and when visiting our store we suggest the following:

1. Practice Social Distancing - maintain 6ft. separation from staff and other customers.

2. Wear a mask or face covering.

3. If you don't need a receipt for your drop off package, deposit them in the large container inside the front door. We clear those packages out every 10 minutes.

4. Please print out your Amazon return code/label or any return label at home & tape your package closed. By doing these 2 things it will make the process quicker and help us eliminate a line.

The UPS Store, Inc. marked its third award winning appearance at the Tournament of Roses® Rose Parade this past New Year's Day, taking home the Sweepstakes Award for our float, “Books Keep Us On Our Toes,” designed to inspire children to experience life through the joy of reading.

This Sweepstakes Trophy is given to floats for the most beautiful entry: encompassing float design, floral presentation and entertainment.

Extended hours begin Sunday, December 8th: 10a-2p Sunday, 8a-7p M-F and 9a-5p Saturday through December 20th.

The holiday shipping season has begun and so have our extended holiday hours. Beginning Sunday, December 8th, we will be open from 10am-2pm on Sundays, 9am-5pm Saturday and 8am-7pm M-F through December 20th. With weather delays and increased volume it is a good idea to ship early to make sure you gifts arrive in time for Christmas.
