Customers usually don’t make the first move. Many don’t even know how to make the first move.

Heck, if you had waited for customers when you first started in the Real Estate business, chances are you wouldn’t be where you are today. This is where the DM comes in.

It’s that little extra nudge of, “Hey, I saw that you were thinking about selling. I’ve sold x houses in your neighborhood this year and would be happy to give you my thoughts on the neighborhood, and your house. Let me know if you want to chat.”

Yet, most real estate ads simply give buyers basic demographic statistics and perhaps some flowery language about the area. Instead, use your social media ad to provide potential clients a far richer understanding of the markets you serve, letting them know the pros and cons of each neighborhood.

Place a landing page advertisement on Facebook for a listing and include photos. Don't give away many details about the property, but do include a 'Learn more' button. When potential clients click the button, have the ad take them to a property landing page on your website with a large image of the property in the background and a registration form overlay. Make them register to see the listing details of the property.

Spending just $10 per day on the advertisement could yield one to three new registrations each day!
