One of the most overlooked ways to use AI right now?

Persona development.
Not the fluffy, generic kind — real, data-driven buyer personas built from actual search behavior, ad engagement, and past closed deals.

I’ve been experimenting with pulling in audience data from AdWords, Meta, SEO, and CRM systems, feeding it into AI, and using layered prompts to develop personas at scale — so we can write content that speaks directly to the people we’re trying to reach.

🧠 The insight?
Computers don’t buy from you. Humans do.
But a computer still sits between you and that human — whether it’s Google, Meta, or Bing — and we need to speak both languages.

Was sitting on the back porch the other day, doing what most of us do—mindlessly scrolling through social.

But one line stopped me cold:
"If you don’t change, you choose."

It hit me hard. Not just personally, but professionally.

In marketing, we love to double down on what’s working. Stick to the channel we know. Protect the keyword that’s been driving conversions. But if you don’t evolve—if you don’t test, learn, or even tweak the strategy—you’re still making a choice. You’re choosing the outcome you’re getting, even if it’s not the one you want.

Change doesn’t have to be radical. Sometimes it’s just bidding $1.05 instead of $1.00. A messaging shift. A new audience test. That is change.
