PSA: Let me start by saying I am sorry that I have let so many of you down on orders you have placed and didn’t receive. Never in my wildest dreams did I think something like this would happen to me. But I am here to tell you it can. I have had multiple surgeries in my life, and never once had any complications. Well, that wasn’t the case this time; anything and everything that could have happened did. I have so many messages I hadn’t responded to, many customers I hadn’t reached out to, and many were not even aware their orders were canceled. I am deeply sorry for all the inconvenience and troubles this may have caused and want to make it right for each and every one of you. This is not how I run my business, and I do not want to disappoint my customers. In my previous post, I said I would be reaching out to everyone who placed an order. However, that didn’t happen because I ended up back in the hospital. I am still on pretty strict orders and rest, so I won’t be back into full swing until possibly May. However, I can start taking a few embroidery orders, so if there is something you need, just get in touch with me. DTF orders will be on hold until May for sure. With all of this being said, what is everyone wanting to see me post next, with the plan of nothing being ready until the beginning of May? I may start posting some of my in-stock items for a flash sale and slowly start working on things. Would everyone rather see some preorder items?
