Heat Press Decorator, Located in Goodfield, IL

We're excited to announce that JC is expanding our team and we're looking for a motivated Heat Press Apparel Decorator! In this role, you'll be directly involved in bringing creative designs to life, applying decorations to various apparel items using a heat press. You'll be on your feet throughout the day, working in a dynamic environment where you'll also have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our graphic production machines. This includes understanding how designs are created and prepared for application, opening doors to a wealth of apparel decoration techniques and possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Applying decorations to a variety of apparel and garment types.
Operating and maintaining heat press equipment and decorating machines.
Printing designs from specialized graphic production machines.
Precisely cutting out designs for application.
Accurately counting and preparing apparel items.
Compensation for this position starts at $15 per hour.

Please note that we currently do not offer health benefits.

Vacation is on an accrual basis schedule

This is a full time position only.

This position will begin at 8 a.m. with flexible lunch time and duration resulting in an 8-hour work day.

Customer Service Job Position, Goodfield IL

Join our team! We need to fill a full time position with a dependable, energetic and customer-focused individual to fill our Customer Service Job Position. If you love working with people, are a multitasking pro, and have a knack for remembering details, this role is for you. We need someone who can manage schedules effectively, is comfortable with Mac computers, and has a fantastic personality.

Your job duties will include:

Answering the phone
Assisting customers via email and in person
Entering customer and job details into our computer system
Scheduling jobs using our scheduler system
Collaborating with other departments to gather and share client job information
Customer Follow-up when their orders are ready.
Collecting payment

We are starting this position out at $15/hr on a trial basis. We will sit down and evaluate after 60 days to see if it’s a good fit for both parties. At this time, we will raise the per hour wage based on the evaluation.

Currently no health benefits offered at this time

Vacation is on an accrual basis schedule

This is a pivotal first point of contact position for our company and will need full time applicants only.

This position will begin at 8 a.m. with flexible lunch time and duration resulting in an 8-hour work day.

JC is looking for an energetic individual to handle our new DTF (Direct To Garment) machine and other functions in this area. The primary job duties are;

1) Preparing and printing off customer artwork from our new DTF machine. 2) Heat pressing those designs to various garments. 3) Packaging all customer jobs from any decorating department. 4) Shipping out customers jobs.

Other duties would include working with other employees to complete customer jobs, which can vary in what needs to be done.

This job function would have you standing on your feet much of the day and takes some arm strength to press down and release the heat press.

We can train for the position, so no experience is necessary, but a plus if you have heat pressing garmet knowledge.

JC is a great place to work, with friendly and fun co-workers, but things can get very busy and chaotic at times with the customer jobs flowing through. ---

FULL TIME ONLY 8am-4:30pm M-F, No medical at this time, 5 paid holiday's, 1 week vacation after 1 year work.

JC is looking for someone with embroidery skills, or a very motivated person looking to learn. We have 4 commercial embroidery heads. Primary duties; Embroidering various apparel and like items for customers and designing embroidery graphics (digitizing). Secondary duties; Helping to sort, fold and package customer jobs and working with other employees on various customer request. Ideal canadiates would have PC computer skills, good multitasking, graphic design or design mindset, and works well with others. - JC is a great fun place to work, but can get very busy and chaotic at times with the customer job request flowing through. --- FULL TIME posistion ONLY - 8am-4:30pm M-F, No Medical at this time, 5 paid holiday's, 1 weeks vacation after 1 year working.
