EYEGARDEN 2026, Part 12: KEEP GROWING

Throughout 2026, we’ve once again shared some of the many lessons we've learned from Master Gardener Virginia Leichty—the mother-in-law of our company founder, Ben Stutzman—who grows the immaculate flower and produce garden outside our Downtown Goshen headquarters each season.

We’ve been inspired by Virginia and her husband (and Chief Gardening Assistant) Phil, as they've worked together to bring the Eyegarden to life once again this year. In our posts we've talked about 'planning the work, and working the plan.' Planting with purpose. Giving ideas room to grow. Weathering challenges. The importance of details. Observing and adapting. And trusting that good things often take time.

But maybe the best lesson from this year's Eyegarden series is the simplest:

You’re never really done growing.

A garden changes every day. What blooms makes room for what comes next, and lessons from one season become inspiration for another. Even as this year's Eyegarden begins winding down, Virginia is already learning from it—and imagining what might take root next.

We think creative work happens much the same way. Every idea, every project, and every season teaches us something we can carry forward.

So as we close the book on Eyegarden 2026, thank you for following along, learning with us, and watching it grow. The garden may be winding down, but around here, fresh ideas are always taking root. 🌱

We're proud to have partnered with the Jasper Newton Foundation on the branding for their newest initiative, the Jasper Newton Community Support Network. 💛

The Network is a powerful new resource for residents of Jasper and Newton Counties, designed to serve as a single, trusted starting point for individuals and families navigating everything from healthcare and housing to employment, food assistance, and behavioral health support.

It was meaningful work to help bring this brand to life, and we're excited to see the impact it will have in the community. We love marketing for good! 🙌

Thank you to our neighbors over at Goshen Brewing Company for inviting us to sponsor the Briscoe Band WSG Clara Wilson! Their concert this past Friday was a great night of music and fantastic company. Fun fact: Clara is a Goshen native currently making music out of Nashville, TN.

"Last week, we had a bittersweet event to bid farewell to Amanda as she moves on to her next adventure. Here are a few of our favorite photos of Amanda throughout the years.

For the past several years, I have watched Amanda grow professionally into a leader full of vigor and grace. She has shaped First Fridays, lead an event staff with empathy and enthusiasm for her community, provided safe and free entertainment for many tens of thousands, and left our wonderful Downtown Goshen festival in a place to grow and succeed. It isn't totally our news to share, but we will be collaborating with her in her new position down the road, and are proud to have been her professional home for the past four years. Her passion for community will take us all to great places.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Amanda. All of the best in your next steps!" -Neil King

P.S. We have a new Event Coordinator who has already started, and we will share that with you soon. We aren't slowing down!

EYEGARDEN 2026, Part 11:
OBSERVE AND ADAPT

Master Gardener Virginia Leichty, who—each season—grows the incredible produce and flower garden outside of our Goshen headquarters, knows that a good garden isn't built by following a rigid formula.

"It's good to observe your garden closely; see what’s working, learn from what isn’t, and adapt as the season unfolds," says Virginia.

The same is true of our creative work here at Eyedart. We are constantly watching, listening, analyzing, and learning—because the best ideas don’t always arrive according to plan. Sometimes you have to pay attention to what’s happening around you, recognize an opportunity, and grow from there.

EYEGARDEN 2026, Part 10:
VARIETY PRODUCES GOOD OUTCOMES

Every gardener has a favorite. Some love growing tomatoes. Others chase the perfect rose, while some take pride in cultivating towering sunflowers or baskets overflowing with herbs.

According to Virginia Leichty, who grows produce and flowers in the magnificent 'Eyegarden' outside our Goshen headquarters each season, there's value in having a specialty—but the best gardens are diverse, balanced, and thoughtfully cultivated. Every flower, vegetable, shrub, and tree has a rhyme and reason, and each and every plant contributes something unique to the whole.

At Eyedart, we believe businesses grow in similar ways.

Our individual team members have diverse areas of expertise, but our greatest strength comes from bringing our many different skills together. Graphic design. Photography. Video production. Marketing strategy. Website development. Account services. Writing. Branding. Social media. Digital content. Public relations.

Like a healthy garden, each piece supports the others.

The result isn't simply a collection of services—it's a complete ecosystem designed to help businesses grow, season after season. Because, just like Virginia's garden, variety makes for stronger growth.

🌱 Happy gardening from all of us at Eyedart!

This is what we mean when we say "Marketing for Good".

Capturing the stories of real people and the real good that folks are doing is what makes this work so rewarding. Thank you, Goshen Health, for letting us visually help tell Luis's story. It was great having you all on-site in the Eyegarden for this shoot.

We will be rooting for Luis and his journey! In the meantime, we know he is in good hands. 💚 💛 🧡 🩵
