Update:
We finished the season 3rd in points 🥉. Congratulations to Ray Leonard and his team for the 2025 Championship!

Championship night racing & the 14K parked it 🏁!

We’ve had two bad weeks of mechanical failures (it happens). The crew at Hig Fab Chassis got her back in shape and she was 🔥! Great racing as usual w Kolyn Schane.

The 2025 season had many ups and downs but ended with a second win for the season and MANY top 5’s. As we wrap up the season, we need to thank all of our sponsors, our amazing crew & great “pit”family.

🏁This one is beyond special. Alex was asked to run this race for his mother-in-law who is in hospice care. He didn’t want to leave & race that night but was reminded how upset she would be with him. “Leonie” as she is lovingly nicknamed, has been supporting AJ’s racing since day #1!!! When she could no longer attend the races in person, live streaming it was. Even if the sportsman ran last & into early morning, she was watching & cheering him on. Year after year her love and support never wavered.💖

Huge shout out to Fab Chassis for getting her back together & to Kevin Hartnett for getting her relettered!!

King of the Can 2024!
Two great nights of racing this weekend at The Penn Can Speedway for the Hig Fab Chassis

Friday night Alexander Konopka placed himself in a redraw spot with a win 🏁 in his heat race. Without much passing throughout the field in the feature that night, he finished 9th which was his starting spot at the drop of the green.

Saturday night Kimberly Ann Konopka drew possibly the worst number for position in the heat (she has been fired from drawing numbers). Starting last in the heat Alex made his way to 4th, one spot away from redraw for the feature. A parts failure occurred and onto the Consi it was. 😔

Alex once again took the 🏁 to secure making it into the feature but would start 21st in the field of 24.

A few changes made to the car and 🤞🏻. The car was great and Alex had nothing to lose. He was definitely the hard-charger and parked it in 5th!!!!

We want to congratulate our good buddy Grant Hilfiger on his win last night! Way to go!

As always, thank you to our amazing crew & sponsors! We also need to thank our fellow race teams in the pits. These guys fight it out on the track but jump right in to help if needed in the pits.
