𝑁𝑒𝑤 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝!🎊

If you’re into history, the Historic Stringfellow-Craddock Gilmartin House is one of Granbury’s true originals!

This farmhouse started taking shape around 1914, built using lumber and old materials from Confederate Major John A. Formwalt’s Granbury residence, which was located on the same site. The Stringfellow family lived here with their big garden, fruit trees, milk cow, horses, and even a pair of mules until the Craddock Family purchased the home in 1940.

In 1975, antique dealer and a descendant of several pioneer Hood County families, Mrs. Helen Gilmartin, bought the property and filled it with her favorite pieces—many of which still give the house its warm, collected charm today!

Selden Solutions has teamed up with property owner Rhonda Pool to create engaging content for this beautiful historic home. Through scroll-stopping Reels, we’re telling the story of the Historic Stringfellow-Craddock-Gilmartin and helping bring more visibility to this amazing stay in the heart of Granbury! 🤳🏼🏡

Allow us to introduce 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮, RLG Committee Co-Chair.

Fernanda is the Content Marketing Coordinator for Selden Solutions, a local marketing and consulting agency. She has been involved with the Rising Leaders of Granbury since moving to Granbury in 2025 and joined the committee in January 2026. Fernanda is also a graduate of the Leadership Granbury Class of 2025-26!

One of Fernanda’s favorite RLG experiences has been building new friendships through the committee while working together to grow the organization and its monthly breakfast series.

And her favorite local spot? The Silver Saddle Saloon!🍦
