How much should you REALLY set aside for ad budget? 🤔💸

The answer depends on your goals and how many homes you're trying to sell in a certain amount of time. But for quick math, David has seen throughout his time in the industry that you can plan to set aside $1-2k per home you want to sell.

No matter what side of the industry you're on; dealer, manufacturer, community, etc. you can strategize and plan on how much money you need set aside in order to reach your goals for the month or year.
