As a business owner, this is probably one of the most frustrating things. Committing to deadlines with customers and then it being completely out of your control due to “shipping delays”
We pay for expedited shipping cost to accommodate requests then are faced with delays. Delays that make it impossible to meet deadlines. Waking up to the dreaded email that says “new delivery date”
Just know a small business owners we do the best we can to meet deadlines and expectations. Unfortunately, we are faced with circumstances that are out of our control sometimes.
This post isn’t to make anyone feel sorry for us. It’s just to bring awareness to our situation.
