Last Saturday, Mandy's first recurring client handed her a spare key along with a list of which cat hides under which bed.

That Thursday, that same client had found a door hanger on her k**b with Mandy's name, a clean logo, and a phone number that someone actually answered.

That Tuesday, Mandy picked up those door hangers, a box of business cards, and the key to a mailbox at The UPS Store off 12th & Patterson, which meant her business address no longer had to be her home address.

And last Monday, she turned 35, holding a brand new LLC and a trunk full of microfiber cloths, with no idea how anyone would ever find her.

This Saturday, she'll pick up her second key. Convenience starts here. The UPS Store off 12th & Patterson | Door hangers • Business cards • Mailbox services & a professional business address

Driving farther for a UPS Store is a commitment we don’t take lightly. 💪

But the best part of this review isn’t “my place,” it’s every employee, every time.
Great customer service shouldn’t depend on who happens to be working that day.

At 12th & Patterson, consistency is the standard.

Izzy's four-year-old tells people his mom draws bridges for a living, and she's stopped correcting him.

She owns her own engineering firm, she's seven months pregnant with her second, and her plan sets don't care about either one. Some weeks it's a single revised sheet a client needs by 3pm. Other weeks it's forty full-size drawings for a city review that got moved up without warning.

She never bought the plotter she'd only use twice a month, because The UPS Store off 12th & Patterson handles the oversized sheets, the rush jobs, the big stacks, and the one-offs.

Last Thursday she dropped off a set on the way to preschool pickup and came back the next day to prints that were cut, collated, and ready. Her due date is the week of Thanksgiving, and printing is one thing she won't have to plan around.

Kyle had 312 unread emails on the morning he figured out his marketing problem. If he wasn't opening his emails, his customers probably weren't opening his either.

In the seven years he's run his pet cleaning company, he's heard about his monthly newsletters and discounts getting pushed from the inbox to the promotions tab to a junk folder nobody checks.
So he stopped fighting for clicks and started showing up on people's kitchen counters.

With Every Door Direct Mail through The UPS Store off 12th & Patterson, he chooses the exact neighborhoods and zip codes, the ones full of fenced yards and muddy golden retrievers, and his postcard goes to every mailbox on those routes.

There's no spam filter, no algorithm, and no unsubscribe button. In the first week after the mailing went out, three new clients called and each one mentioned the dog on the front of the card. Emily owns a flower shop, but her work doesn't stop when she's out of town. ✈️🌸

She needed marketing that worked while she was gone, showing up in mailboxes, building her name, bringing in customers, without her having to be behind the counter to make it happen. EDDM was the answer.

We designed a look that felt like her shop, printed exactly as many as she needed, and hand-picked the mail routes and zip codes to reach the neighborhoods that didn't know her name yet.

Now her business keeps growing in town, even when she's not in it.

What would grow while you were away if your marketing never took a day off? 👇

📍Business owner always on the go? We got you. Let your marketing work while you're out.

Cheap feels great today.
Then it breaks, fades, jams, or needs replacing.
Funny how “expensive” sometimes just means buying it once.

Cynthia owns a candy shop, and running it means more paperwork than she ever expected. 🍬

Vendor contracts to fax. Records to scan and keep organized. Old documents that need to disappear for good. It’s not the fun part of running a candy shop, but it’s the part that keeps everything else running smoothly.

So she brings it to us: faxing, scanning, shredding, handled quickly so she can get back to what she actually opened her doors for.

What would you tackle next if the paperwork wasn’t piling up? 👇

📍Business admin got you buried? We got you. Bring us the pile, we’ll take it off your hands.

Enrique spends his days out in the heat, transforming yards across town. By the time he's done, most places are already closed. 🌿

He needed somewhere his packages could land safely, without worrying about porch theft or missed deliveries while he's on a job site. And he needed to pick them up on his own schedule, not everyone else's.

So he set up his mailbox with us. Every time he walks in, road-dust and all, our team greets him like he's part of the crew, because to us, he is.

What would it mean to have a place that just gets you, every time you walk in? 👇

📍Long days, unpredictable schedule? We got you. Come by whenever works, we'll be here.

Being #1 isn’t about being the cheapest. It’s about being the place people trust to get it right.

Three years running, our customers have ranked us #1 in customer service and we don’t take that lightly. 💙
