Ask yourself: Out of everyone you personally know, do you know three real-life people who would genuinely use and pay for your product?

If not, why?

If you can't name those three people, you may not have your concept clearly defined enough.

Many ideas are crafted for ideal customers that don't really exist.

Spending more time talking to people to validate your idea is worth it before you spend your money, and time, building a software or app.
