At its December board meeting, the Board of Directors for Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, approved a facility expansion project that would add 20% more space for the Xtension Contact Center. The project, which is expected to be completed by the end of January 2015, allows the CUSO to add more capacity to meet the growing demand for its inbound and outbound services. Read more -
