Join WMCAT’s afterschool Teen Arts + Tech Program for spring 2024! 🎉 Whether you’re glazing ceramics, capturing a photo, mixing a beat, designing a mural, shooting a video, or sewing a runway-ready look, we provide the space, industry-quality supplies and equipment, mentorship from local professional artists, and community connections needed for you to explore your creativity while building new skills and relationships.


And it’s all tuition-free. If you’re in grades 9-12 in
Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS), then WMCAT has a spot just for you!

One of the reasons I really enjoy this partnership We have with WMCAT is their work in the community and programming including Step Year which you can ENROLL IN NOW!!!,

WMCAT, is inviting young adults in Kent County ages 18-24 to apply for their tuition-free college + career exploration program.

If you’re unsure of your next steps and don’t know where to start, they’ve got your BAC (see what I did there lol). By the end of the experience, you will have a plan in place for your next steps and will be ready to take action toward whatever’s next – whether that be college, a trade certificate, job placement with growth opportunities, or something else!
