Grace Counseling wanted more website inquiries to come directly to their front desk by phone, so we made a few updates to help guide visitors there.

We helped out by replacing the “Contact Us” button with a direct call button and added a banner above the form encouraging visitors to call with questions or to book an appointment.

The form is still there, but these changes help guide visitors toward calling first.

The Ink Society has had a big year.

In August, BusinessRate ranked them the #1 tattoo and piercing shop in the U.S. out of 3,808 shops nationwide.

They were also separately named a Best of Michigan 2026 winner.

We added dedicated pages for both awards so potential clients can see that recognition while deciding where to book.

When Grace Counseling had a new group to promote, they didn’t have to figure out the wording, design, or where it should appear on their website.

They gave us the basic details and we created the banner, matched it to their website, then added it in three different places so the right people would be most likely to find it without needing to build an entirely new page or campaign.

The result gives the new group more visibility while saving Grace Counseling’s team time they can put toward the people they serve.

We recently added a dedicated online counseling page to the Grace Counseling, Inc website, making their existing virtual services easier to find, understand, and access across Michigan.

The page answers the questions potential clients are already searching for, including who online counseling can help, which services are available virtually, how sessions work, and which licensed therapists are available.

We handled everything from strategy and copy to design and development, while staying fully consistent with their existing brand. The entire process was completely hands-free for their team.
