Saturday, December 2, 12-6pm. Mark your calendar for our last (minute) but certainly not least, holiday market🎄

We will have 20ish vendors stocking everything from prints to ceramics to woodworking. Small gifts, big gifts, fun gifts! Vendors, if you applied, you will hear from us later today.

Come thru and check out our vendors, see our community space, or just come and hang out. If you have any interest in becoming a member, we’d love to chat with you! In addition to vendors, we will have these sweatshirts for sale with the new logo design. All the money will go back to dinner back and pay for the new furnace. If you dont want us to freeze our artist fingers off, please buy one and keep us warm 😇. And they’re sick!

In addition to our new screen *screen* door, we have some nifty new office build outs. We now have 3 enclosed office spaces, including the corner office. We love our collaborative community spaces, and it’s nice to have some designated spots. Shoutout for absolutely crushing this build out and continuing to enhance our space.

MEMBER POST! Show some love!

MaryHelen (MH) Prince (she/her) is a fiber artist and printmaker. Outside the studio, she is an Environmental Educator that brings a flair of creativity to all her programs. Her fiber projects include embroidery, beading, crochet, sewing and weaving. She has a BA in Environmental Science from Carthage College where she was first introduced to printmaking. Long before that, MaryHelen always had a deep interest and love for sustainability and the natural world. Her art is informed by passion for the environment, eye-catching colors and patterns, and the constant reminder that anyone who makes art is an artist. MaryHelen is located in Grand Rapids, Ml and a member of Dinderbeck Studio!

The work she makes at Dinberbeck lives under the name Rough Patch Print Supply, a creative venture that embodies her personal aesthetic through screen printing, printmaking, and digital art. Through Rough Patch Kailey invites viewers to embrace curiosity and reimagine the world through a more playful lens, celebrating life’s subtle nuances along the way. The brand’s name cleverly combines her love of linguistic idioms with a nod to Patches, the beloved character from 101 Dalmatians.

Lots of new things of the horizon around DB. Starting with some member introductions!

Nick Nortier is an illustrator, mural painter, and printmaker, but also enjoys woodworking, performing spoken word poetry, and the overall process of making creative work. His work ranges from the serious to the silly and touches on subjects that are relevant to what’s happening in our society as a whole. He believes the role of street art and murals is to be an art form that is accessible to everyone.

You have most likely seen his work around town in and on buildings and at various markets. And if you have ever flown out of GRR, you’ve definitely seen his work inside the airport highlighting Michigans wildlife!

Join us for our annual holiday market on Small Business Saturday this year! We will be having 15+ vendors in our space selling all kinds of handmade goods. Along with the vendors we will also have a popup coffee bar from our friends at this year too.

Our building neighbors and will also be having open houses as well, be sure to check out their spaces!

Leading up to the event we will be sharing photos from our vendors who will be at the event. We love doing this market and are excited to see everyone again this year 🌲
