As an ArtPrize 2026 venue, our goal is to transform our historic office building and its surrounding environment into a living canvas—one that reflects both the urgency of ecological challenges and the optimism of collective action.
At its core, our venue invites artists to interpret environmental responsibility not only as a global issue, but as a local, tangible, and deeply personal commitment tied to historic preservation and reuse. Our venue will host a curated collection of works—including repurposed materials, nature-inspired subject matter, and environmentally conscious practices—to highlight the power of art to reframe how we see, value, and protect the natural world.
The mural will serve as our venue’s statement piece and visual anchor, symbolically extending the building’s green space into the surrounding neighborhood. Acting as both a literal and conceptual corridor to connect the built environment with nature—bridging architecture, community, and ecosystem.
The mural is envisioned as an evolving landscape—one that celebrates biodiversity and visualizes a thriving, interconnected ecosystem. It invites passersby to engage, reflect, and imagine a more sustainable urban future while maintaining the visual integrity of the historical district where our building is located.
