More leads will not fix a slow sales process.

How fast does the lead get acknowledged?
Who owns the follow-up?
How many times do you try before giving up?
Can the salesperson see where the lead came from?

If those answers are unclear, buying more traffic just pays to expose the leak faster.

Advertising works best when the website, response time, follow-up, and sales process operate as one system.

Open yours on your phone and ask:

What does this company do?
Do they serve my area?
Why should I trust them?
What should I do next?

If any answer takes more than a few seconds to find, the website is putting friction between interest and a booked job.

Try this: hand your phone to someone unfamiliar with your company. Give them ten seconds on your homepage, then ask those four questions.

Their hesitation will tell you more than another generic website redesign proposal.
