MicroTec USA heat presses are now on our supplies store! 🔥

The lineup covers Vector, Vector Pro and TITAN: swing away, auto open slide out, double station and pneumatic shirt presses in 15x15, 16x20 and 16x24, plus cap and label presses and a mug and tumbler press. Platens, stands and accessories too.

FREE ground shipping on every press.

We press transfers every day in our own production shop, so we can tell you which press fits the work you do. That is the part a spec sheet will not give you.

See the whole lineup and order at romanempireprintsupplies.com.

Blank white mugs in, full color two-tone mugs out.

This batch came off the line with black, pink, red and orange rims, and the artwork runs the whole range: a red and cream samurai skull with crossed swords, watercolor florals with script lettering, a red-sun ramen bowl with chopsticks, and a grey cat with handwritten-style text.

Mugs are one more thing we make in house alongside finished shirts, hoodies and hats, so you are ordering from a real production facility, not a middleman. Wholesale pricing is available.

No minimums either. Order 1 or 1,000. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Message us to get your mug order started.

Walking the show floor in one of ours. Full front print on a black tee, big ornate crest in cream, tan and gray with lettering running down one side.

That is the kind of art we like getting our hands on. Heavy coverage, fine detail, no shrinking it down to play it safe.

And it is not just transfers. We press finished shirts, hoodies and hats here too, so you can order the garment done and ready to sell or wear.

No minimums either. Order 1 transfer or 1,000. We are a real production facility, not a middleman, and wholesale pricing is available. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Send us your artwork at romanempireprinting.com.

Most gang sheet problems show up in the file, not on the press.Art gets pulled off a website or a phone, dropped on the sheet, and scaled up to fit the space. That low res file does not gain detail when it gets bigger. It just gets soft, and soft art prints soft. The other one we catch a lot is background. If there is a white box or a gray checker baked into the file instead of real transparency, that background is part of the image and it prints too. Logos and lettering built as vector art resize clean, no softening. Photos are different, they cannot be vectorized without losing what makes them a photo. For scale, a 22x72 gang sheet at 300 DPI is 6600 by 21600 pixels. Open the file at full size and look at it before you upload, not after. Worth keeping for your next upload.

Packed this customer gang sheet tight with small text and line art to see how the thin strokes would release.

They peeled clean off the film and pressed flat, no filled-in gaps in the fine work. That tells me the spacing and sizing on this layout ran the way it was drawn, which is what I check before a fall order goes out.

Gang sheets are 22.5 inches wide and run up to 174 inches long, at 300 DPI, so there is room to load your whole fall and school lineup on one sheet instead of dribbling it out in singles.

How early do you start building your fall sheets?
