The 2027 Calendar has been sent in for printing. If all goes well, it will be available by the end of next week. The cost per calendar will be $20 this year, $5 added to ship the calendar if you do not live in or around Great Falls. I did the calendar in Black and White this year after being able to spend time at the Charlie The C.M. Russell Museum studying the Ansel Adams display while it was on display at the museum. I have always loved Ansel Adams work, being able to study the prints that were on display added a new depth to that love. This calendar project has rejuvenated my love and appreciation of the visualization achieved in Black and White photography. The images attached are what made the final cut for the calendar.

I did some work last night on the choices for the 2027 calendar. Here are the ones I have decided are potential candidates for the calendar. I am hoping to send this off to be printed early next month. Keep watching for updates or if you would like one, please message me, thank you.

During our vacation in May, we took a side trip one day south of Lincoln Nebraska to find this old stone barn. Plus on the way home I was able to catch Big Boy 4014 on the move east of Sidney Nebraska.

I have been enjoying some time taking pictures, editing them while looking for ways to improve the entire process. I love Montana for the wide opportunities to capture so some of natures best moments, while enjoying the wide open spaces where you can see other aspects of life.

I took advantage of the nice weather yesterday and made a trip to Memorial Falls. With a stop at the Sluice Boxes overlook. I am working on a few things to improve my landscape photography.
