Honestly? After being in business for about 3 years now, I've learned A LOT. And that's normal.

You won't know everything when you start. You'll have to test things and see what works for you and what doesn't.

Honestly? Some days we still feel like we’re faking it. Like someone’s going to tap us on the shoulder and say “you know you’re not qualified for this, right?”

But then we remember all the women who’ve built businesses while doubting themselves. Who’ve shown up imperfectly. Who’ve said yes before they felt ready.

To every woman running a business today, whether you’re in your first month or your tenth year, you’re doing something brave. Even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who are building, pivoting, rebranding, starting over, and showing up anyway. We’re all figuring it out together.

Honestly? We're nervous about hitting post on this. We're just starting this rebrand, and it feels vulnerable to bring you along before everything is perfect. But that's never been our style anyway.

We're building new services, and we genuinely can't wait to share with you. If you've been here since the MBJ days, we need you to know how much that means.

June was full in the best way! 🤎

We welcomed two new clients, conducted a client content shoot, checked in on analytics, and continued to support our team. ✨

Outside of work, we celebrated a birthday, attended a Coldplay concert, tried new food, relaxed by the pool, went on a family vacation, and did some shopping at ! 🛍️

Just a reminder that running a business doesn’t mean you have to miss out on life.

It’s been a while since we posted here, but wow, we’ve been living the story we help others share.

Running two businesses is one of the most rewarding and challenging things we've ever done… but if we are being honest, it also hit us hard for the first time. Burnout, overwhelm, and that feeling of being split in two.
But this break? It brought so much clarity.

We are so proud of how far MBJ and YCG have come (in 2 years + 1 year 🥹), and now we’re back, rested, realigned, and 10 times better.

🙌🏼 4 client spots left before our books close
