Some things find their way back to you.

High school Sheyanne, always loved photography… but had no clue what that would even look like in “the real world.”

Fast forward 13 some odd years later and here I am.
On job sites. In the action. Flying a drone. Capturing moments most people never even think to look at twice.

The reality is the real world needs good photography.

It needs someone to document the grit.
The early mornings.
The people behind the progress.

Because without it?
Those stories get overlooked.

Jobs get finished. Sites get cleaned up. Everyone moves on. But the people, the craftsmanship, the pride, the process… that deserves to be remembered.

And somehow, this thing I loved back then, found its way back to me in a way that actually matters.

If I were rebuilding my business from scratch in 2026, here are my top 3 marketing moves:

1️⃣ I’d invest in visuals that grow with me.
Not trendy. Not boxed in. Branding that evolves as the business scales, so I’m not starting over every year.

2️⃣ I’d stop posting just to stay visible.
Clarity > consistency. Every piece of content should sound like me and point somewhere on purpose.

3️⃣ I’d build a brand that makes people feel something.
Trust, curiosity, confidence because connection converts way faster than “looking professional.”

Marketing isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually aligns.
