We loved partnering with Achieve Brown County to help shape the brand behind forWORDS – a literacy initiative focused on helping every child in Brown County read effectively by 3rd grade.

Let’s keep turning the pages and moving this community forWORDS!

The Early Literacy Spring Convening was another great day full of insightful conversations, big ideas, and meaningful collaboration – all focused on making sure every Brown County student is reading effectively by 3rd grade.

A huge thank you to Achieve Brown County for helping write the story of a stronger future through such impactful work.

Arbor Day started with a simple idea: plant trees…because there weren’t enough.

Way back in the 1800s, Nebraska was all open prairie – beautiful, but the shade, protection, and resources of trees. But in 1872, J. Sterling Morton called for a day to plant trees.
The result? 1 million trees.
All planted in one day.
Not bad for a first campaign.

Today, we celebrate the little things that grow into much bigger things. Ideas and trees!
