None of them saw past 10:00 am the next morning Sept 11, 2001. In the blink of an eye, their lives were cut short.

One of the issues doing photos and videos using a drone, is if operating in urban or busy places, it is almost impossible not to fly over people or occupied moving vehicles.

Following FAA rules and regulations (14 CFR Part 107.39 it is illegal to fly over people), (14 CFR Part 107.145 it is illegal to fly over occupied moving vehicles).

To provide better service to my customers, I submitted an application to the Federal Aviation Administration for a waiver on these two types of operations.

I was notified today that using certain drones, and special equipment, my waiver was approved.
