Blue River Career Programs is finishing out this school year with new signage for their conference room featuring their logo and all the schools they serve. They also have a branded backdrop for events and professional photos and new wall mount directional signage for all of their classrooms, making the building easier to navigate!

Blue River Career Programs is a career and technical education center located in Shelbyville that serves the five Shelby County High Schools (Triton Central, Morristown, Waldron, Shelbyville, and Southwestern). They accept 10th-12th grade students and offer 13 different CTE programs to their students. Their students have the opportunity to earn industry recognized credentials and dual credits through Ivy Tech Community Community College while attending the career center. The hands-on experiences, real-world applications, and knowledge gained by their students is what makes Blue River Career Programs the best kept secret in Shelby County.

Did you know that we travel all over Indiana and beyond for installations? Near Space Launch in Upland, IN got their new set of channel letters on a raceway and lit logo yesterday to finish off their exterior building upgrades!

We are a fast-paced sign shop specializing in custom signage, vehicle wraps, banners, decals, and large-format printing. We work with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to bring their branding and visual ideas to life.

Job Description...
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience (or strong interest) in sign design and production. This role involves designing graphics for a wide variety of signage projects and preparing files for print and fabrication.

Responsibilities...
- Design signs, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, and other visual products
- Prepare and send print-ready files to large-format printers and vinyl cutters
- Work closely with customers to interpret ideas and revise designs as needed
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure accurate sizing, colors, and materials
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized design files and job records

Qualifications...
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop preferred, Flexi is a plus
- Experience with sign design, print production, or large-format graphics (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of wide format materials, printers and machines is a plus
