Production begins once items are paid in full, including shipping and handling. Turnaround time for production and shipping requires 10-14 business days. Bulk orders may require a deposit (non refundable). Due to our products being customized and personalized at our customer’s request our business policy stands as follows:
· Deposits are non-refundable
· All sales are final – no returns
· Courtesy ‘do-over’ or discounts are contingent if we are found in
neglect of delivering unfair goods or services failing to meet the
customer’s request, within reason. Refunds are considered, only for improper packaging, incorrect shipping address, misspellings or incorrect personalization, due to
Krafted Kulture's neglect. All personalized crafts require approval from the purchaser, prior to processing. At our best, we will work with you to give you the finest product you desire!
