If you're like a lot of small business owners, social media can eat up a lot of time! Planning posts, creating posts, scheduling posts - it can seem endless.
Virtual assistants are a great asset when it comes to social media. As you can see here, I'm planning content for a FB page for the month of June. The content has been created and I'm scheduling the posts for the month. There are 3 days each week where content will be added using current works in progress, finished pieces, behind the scenes, etc.
Now, this page is practically taking care of itself for the next month.
Hiring a viritual assistant doesn't mean you lose control - it means projects are under control.

If you're a small business (or a big one for that fact) you likely have an online presence. Social media, website, blog - all those requiring writing skills.
VAs are generally individuals who love to write. And those that do also know how to proof read and edit. Think of the time saved when you have a VA who can write the copy for your new product - copy that will be perfect for our website, expanded for your blog and adapted to your page. Once you have developed a relationship with a VA, they will know your target market as well as you do, and be able to write descriptions that draw that target market to YOU!

So, how are you doing?! LOL
It's been over a year since I've posted on my FB page. That is NOT something I recommend when you run a business! But here's what's been going on:
I've been really busy this past year building my VA business. My focus has been on my clients, and not my own social media.
My business grew to the point that I was able to leave my full time job in Oct 2022. I now work as a full time at home VA (YEAH!!)
I had ankle surgery in Nov 2022 and am still recovering - so working from home has been a huge blessing!
It's now time to "practice what I preach" and get my social media accounts active - and keep them that way!
So be looking for posts about tips on what your small business can do to be seen, grow and reach your clients (and I'll promise not be absent for so long!)

Do you have a Canva Pro subscription? If so, have you tried the Text to Image AI app yet? I've been playing with it, and some of the generated pics are great! This is one I did this morning. I'll also admit, some are not so great! I'm hoping to utilize for graphics for social media posts.

There are two ways to get contacts to open your emails. One is that they are excited because of the connection they have with you & your business (we're going to talk more about this next week).
The other is to have a great subject line. This is the line that shows in their email. Go look through your email and check out the subject lines. Which ones get your attention and spark enough curiosity to make you open the email?
