One of my most recent efforts to help roofers with ads is to begin running them through a partnership I'm calling American Roof Club

A major problem I'm seeing is that many roofers have set up their business page, business portfolio, ad account, etc in a way that Facebook flags them for security purposes.

It's not their fault. Facebook shouldn't require a PhD to run proper advertising on their platform.

The problem is, a wrong setup can cause all the business's Facebook assets to be disabled, limiting or eliminating their ability to run ads and grow.

Running the ads through American Roof Club will be presented as a partnership between brands, build trust, and speed up the entire process - ads can go live in 24 hours, and I'm waiving setup fees for the time being.

I understand that branding is a huge part of advertising for the roofing industry - or any industry for that matter.

But when it comes down to it, many roofers are flushing their hard earned money

-only boosting posts

-following Facebook's "suggestions" (which tend to be in Facebook's best interest, by the way)

-not following the correct process in the beginning, setting them up for eventual failure on the platform

Contractors - have you ever taken the time to see how many people visit your website each month?

Your Google Business Profile (Google My Business)?

Your Facebook Business Page?

I bet if you looked at those numbers and compared them to the amount of leads you are getting from them, it would be abysmal.

The truth is, most websites convert only 1-3% of visitors to leads.

So if you're getting 1000 visitors every month, only 10-30 of them become leads..

and even fewer are booking appointments...

The other 970 visitors?

Gone. Probably to your competitors.

Now imagine if you were paying for that traffic 😳

Yikes.

Look, if 1000 visitors sounds like a lot to you, I can help you with that. It's a simple traffic problem. (You'll still need to be able to convert them)

Explode your business just by increasing the amount of leads that turn into appointments (LTA) πŸ‘‡

As a simplified explanation: businesses get leads, leads book appointments, and then appointments turn into sales.

So if your closing rate stays the same (a healthy 40%), and your lead flow stays the same, we can grow your business just by increasing the number of leads that book appointments (LTA)

Say your average sale is $10,000. You're getting 100 leads per month, 10 of them book appointments, and 40% turn into sales (4 sales). You're at $40,000 revenue per month.

What happens if we increase LTA?

If you increase your lead-to-appointments (LTA) by JUST 5%, with the same 100 leads and 40% closing rate:

100 leads > 15 appointments > 6 sales > $60,000 revenue per month.

So an increase of 20k/month in that example.

And that's a very small increase in leads-to-appointments.
