September feels different this year—like a season that requires laser focus and intentional choices.

So when I felt led to cut out coffee for the month (yes, you read that right 😅), I knew it wasn't about the caffeine. It was about examining what I think I "need" versus what I actually need.

Day 1 without coffee while trying to plan my most focused month ever? Not my brightest idea. I was sluggish and foggy.
But day 2 brought clarity, and with it, a revelation: I can't do everything the same way and expect different results.

Real focus means pulling back in some areas to give more in others.

That weekly podcast I thought I "had" to do? Actually, I don't.

Facebook time that could be better spent on LinkedIn, where God keeps directing me? Time for a shift.

This is what seasonal discernment looks like in real time—messy, imperfect, but led by the Spirit.

I'm in a growth season (feels like coming out in a bigger way!), but I'm also homeschooling and family comes first. So I'm asking God for wisdom about this season and all He's called me to.

There is something solidifying and even grounding when you have heard from the Lord, and you can see the vision clearly.

Notice that it says, "the one who reads it will run". As I've studied this a bit further, it's talking about how the reading of it changes the way we run. It affects how we move forward. This tells me that it's not only important that we seek the Lord for vision, but we are also called to write it down, refer to it, and remind ourselves of the vision.

I recently went through a time when I was questioning whether or not to continue in business or if God was leading me to lay it down.

What I realized when I took the time to step back, reflect, and seek the Lord, I had forgotten what the vision was. I had been caught up in the mundane, daily things, and I had not been reminding myself of the vision.

Something else significant came up that caused me to question everything. The plans and what it looked like to carry out this vision were shifting, and I could feel it, but I couldn't clearly articulate it.

So, what took place that helped me to get re-aligned and anchored?

I heard clearly from the one who gives the vision. He reminded me that the vision was still the same, but the steps and the details were shifting. He also reminded me of this powerful verse in Habakkuk and the importance of staying anchored to the vision and the vision giver.

Have you felt a shift in your calling and perhaps what it looks like to move forward? Has it caused you to question the whole vision God gave you?

Take a step back, reflect, and spend some time with Him in order to get clear.
You may discover that the vision has not changed; God is just shifting the steps.

Bigger numbers = greater success. Don't buy into this lie. 📈

"My email list has to be at least 5,000."
"I'm only going to see results if I'm on the top 1% and 2% podcasts."
"I only have 500 followers."

All statements I've heard from those looking to increase their visibility and expand their reach. These statements keep you from seeing the strategic connections that are right in front of you. You're allowing the numbers to dictate your outreach plans—or prevent you from reaching out at all.

What if I told you that you're one connection away from your next level of influence and impact? ✨

One strategic connection has the ability to change the trajectory of your message and assignment.

Take my client, Benita, for example. The Lord gave us one very specific name to reach out to. This person is a key door opener to putting her God-given message in front of marketplace messengers all over the US. She's been given the opportunity to teach and present to a global organization that is rapidly accelerating. 🚀

This is the power of one strategic connection that God showed us.

Visibility is much more than being seen and heard. It's about stewarding the influence you have.

When your goal is to simply be visible, you tend to show up and share wherever people will listen and take advantage of every opportunity that comes up. But if you want to steward well the influence you've been given, that takes strategy, precision, and deliberate action.

Stewarding your influence means being selective about where you show up, what you say yes to, and how you use your platform. It means choosing quality over quantity, alignment over opportunity, and long-term impact over short-term exposure.

Did you know that the yogurt company, Chobani, has turned down major distribution deals because it would compromise its ingredient quality standards? Or think about a leader you know who has turned down speaking opportunities because they don't align with their expertise, even when the stages are bigger and the paychecks are larger. They understand that diluting their message or compromising their values might increase their visibility, but it diminishes their influence.

The same applies to you and the message God has given you to share.

Every post you share, every partnership you say yes to, and every opportunity you accept is either going to continue to move the message God has given you or perhaps diminish it.

So let me ask you this: are you merely trying to be more visible, or are you stewarding your influence?

I've been watching God reveal supernatural insights for my current clients and it's making everything crystal clear about who I'm called to serve next.

There are visionary leaders out there who feel like they're carrying their vision alone. ✨
If that's you - you know what I'm talking about. Not everyone understands what God has shown you. He didn't give that vision to everyone - He gave it to YOU. And sometimes the weight of stewarding something that significant can feel so isolating.

But here's what I'm experiencing in real time: God is showing me insights and strategies for the leaders He's called me to serve that I couldn't possibly know on my own. The only way to describe it is supernatural. 🙌

I'm not just a visibility strategist - I'm a prophetic visibility strategist. Called to see the vision WITH you, carry it alongside you, and help you implement what God has shown you.

If you're in this leveling-up season: This isn't a time to shrink back. It's time to forge ahead - but not in the same old way. This is your opportunity to lean in close to the Lord and ask for the heavenly strategies and blueprints He has specifically for YOU.

Here's what I'm seeing: The leaders making the biggest Kingdom impact aren't trying to do it all alone. They're partnering strategically with people who can see their vision as clearly as they do.

You are the visionary. But you weren't meant to implement it all by yourself. 💪

I've been listening to Tim Winders from the Seek Go Create podcast for a few years now, and I noticed that recently, he's changed things up a bit from his usual in-depth interviews.

He's sharing a vulnerable five-part series about his own faith journey. It seems that some of it has even sparked controversy.

This isn't his norm at all. So why go "off script"?

It makes me think about how sometimes God puts something on your heart to share, and it doesn't matter if it's not the norm, you share it anyway.

It's got me thinking about the power of our voices.

Every single one of us has been given a voice. And we get to choose how we use it:
💬 Do we build others up or tear them down?
💬 Do we encourage or discourage?
💬 Do we spur people on or stay safely silent?
💬 Do we provoke positive change or play it safe?

Here's what I love about what Tim is doing: He's willing to share what God put on his heart, even when it doesn't fit his usual content or might ruffle some feathers.

If you've been holding back your message:
Are you staying quiet because you think no one wants to hear?
Are you holding back for fear of what people will think?
Are you playing it safe instead of saying what needs to be said?

Let me remind you of something: YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY. 🗣️

God has gifted you uniquely and wants to release something through you - but you have to be willing to step out in whatever way He's leading you to.

Your voice can be a catalyst for change. Your story can encourage someone who's struggling. Your message can be exactly what someone needs to hear today.

The question isn't whether you have something valuable to share. The question is whether you'll have the courage to share it.

Can I share something that's been blowing my mind about one of my clients? 🤯

When Jackie and I started working together, I did what I normally do - started searching for podcast opportunities for her.

But God kept whispering one word: COMMUNITY. 👥

So, we leaned into what He was highlighting.

Y'all, what happened next was beautiful:
✨ I started searching for existing communities where her solopreneurs hang out
✨ This week she's speaking to a private community (off social media!)
✨ She joined that same community and has an event with the founder coming up
✨ She launched her own CEO Systems Reset calls twice monthly
✨ She's created her own private community
Every single thing connects back to COMMUNITY. 💕

Here's what I'm learning: When we follow God's specific strategy for each person instead of cookie-cutter approaches, the results are absolutely supernatural. What He highlights isn't random - it's strategic positioning for Kingdom impact.

Your visibility journey might not look like everyone else's. The platforms, strategies, and connections God has for you are uniquely designed for your specific calling and the people you serve.

Jackie's story shows us: Sometimes the most powerful visibility happens in communities, not just on big stages. Sometimes your people need to experience your heart in smaller settings before they're ready for the bigger platforms.

Watching Jackie step into community leadership has been incredible. She's not just getting seen - she's creating belonging for exactly the people God called her to serve. 🙌

I did something yesterday that made me think... I googled my own name. 😅

What showed up was pretty cool: Magazine features, podcast interviews, my own show, speaking opportunities - like a digital trail of everywhere the message God has given me has been shared.

And it got me thinking: When someone discovers your name or stumbles across your message, how many different ways can they connect with what you're called to share?

Here's what I love about having multiple access points:
✨ The magazine features reach people who love to read and dive deep
✨ Podcast interviews catch people during their daily routines
✨ My own show connects with those ready for ongoing relationship
✨ Speaking engagements reach live audiences hungry for real-time connection
Each platform reaches a different person at exactly the right moment in their journey. 💕

If you have a message that's meant to transform lives: Your calling isn't meant to be hidden on just one platform. God gave you that message to reach people, and people are searching in SO many different places.

The goal isn't to be everywhere - it's to be strategically positioned where your people are actually looking.

Your message deserves multiple access points because the people who desperately need what you have to offer are searching at different times, in different places, in different ways.

The Sacred Shift series is officially wrapped! 🙌

Six episodes over six weeks of sharing my process in real time
-From feeling hidden and pausing, to gaining clarity on my vision, trusting my message evolution, finding strength in weariness, stepping into visibility, and finally my emergence moment.

This wasn't a series I planned to create. It came from God saying "just share what you're walking through" even when it felt vulnerable and messy.

And now? I find myself in this place of such excitement. Excitement for what lies ahead. At first, I thought it was like a starting-over moment, but I've since realized it's actually a leveling-up moment.

Here's what I'm sensing: If you've been following this series, you might be in your own leveling-up moment right now. Maybe you've been frustrated because what you've been doing isn't working like it used to. You have this feeling, this knowing that there's more in store, but you're wondering what's the strategy to get there.

Can I remind you of something? You are exactly where you need to be. That recognition that there's more? That frustration with old methods not producing the same results? That's not failure - that's leveling up.

I ordered my client's book because I KNEW it was going to be fire and something I needed for myself. 📖

Benita Williams just released "The Sustainable CEO" and I'm genuinely blown away by what she's written, a book that she didn't see coming but the Lord prompted her to release. This isn't your typical leadership book. Benita's teaching something completely different - how to lead from divine overflow instead of personal depletion.
